Who We Are
Have you watched synchronized swimming and thought "how beautiful, and athletic, at the same time"? If you love to swim, and also love dance, music, cheer, or gymnastics, then you should consider joining a synchronized swim team!
The Sunrise Swans is a synchronized swim team in Citrus Heights, California. We are part of the Valley Foothill Competitive Aquatics League (VFCAL).
Spring Clinic & Season
Our Spring Training is typically during April and the official Season usually begins the last week of April, where practices increase to three, or four days per week, depending on the swimmer's age and skill level. Our Season lasts until mid-July and concludes following the VFCAL Championship competition.
Join Our Team!
If you would like to join our Swans family, there are a few options: You could sign up for Spring Training and see if it's right for you, or plan on attending both Spring Training along with the 11-week regular competitive season. (All new swimmers will need to be able to swim one length of the pool [25 m] unassisted.)
